Old favorites into a new favorite [Transformation]
I made myself a Buttercup bag — out of an old favorite pair of linen/cotton capris and a favorite cotton summer dress. (this is actually the enlarged version that Rae sells in her Etsy shop)
I really love the result – which I guess comes as no surprise since they were of pieces of clothing I didn’t want to part with!!
I also made Alexandre a market/messenger bag from recycled jeans & a t-shirt – I’ll share soon!
ooooh, I LOVE! There’s something so special about repurposing fabric from much loved clothes- it’s one of my favorite things to do! Such gorgeous dress fabric, I wouldn’t want to part with it either 🙂
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I love it, Annie! So lovely!
